The terms under which LIGHT HOPE Travel provides bookings and services.
By booking with LIGHT HOPE Travel you agree to the following terms. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellation policies depend on lead time and the specific service booked; details are provided in your booking confirmation.
School visits are subject to confirmation by the institution and cannot be guaranteed until the school confirms a slot. We will substitute or refund where confirmations cannot be obtained, in accordance with the policy in your confirmation document.
